The 2.0 version of the timetracker is out of beta. The users of the online version of the tracker will be automatically upgraded to the new version.
The users of the desktop versions (mac & win) need to uninstall the previous version than download and install the 2.0 version found here:
Important note:
the 2.0 version requires Adobe Flash or Google Gears to be installed in order to work. (Google Gears is required for offline mode support, Flash is required to save data if your internet connection fails for a brief period of time). More information ca be found here. Dear Paymo users, we’re excited to announce that our new online invoicing module is in beta and ready for everyone to test. We tried to keep the simplicity of Paymo in our add-on module too, and we’re hoping you’ll find it easy to use and helpful.
Paymo invoicing will be available free of charge during the beta testing period. After the beta period Paymo Invoicing will be available for
$9.99/month without any limitations (we really don’t like limitations).
Before using the Invoice module please make sure you take the following steps:
- visit the Settings section and fill in the forms related to invoicing
- edit the contact information for your clients in the clients section
- all your projects have now a new setting where you can set the hourly rate
- for the project. make sure you fill in the appropriate data if you intend to create accurate invoices using previously created projects
- each project task has billable/non-billable switch, please make the appropriate changes to existing tasks
