Paymo and Gmail
Starting today you can use your two favorite web apps together – Gmail and Paymo.
Here’s what you need to do:
1. Head to Gmail Labs
2. Enable Gmail Gadgets (“Add any gadget by URL” – by Dan P and Dong C)
3. Go to Settings in Gmail and click on Gadgets
4. Add a gadget by its URL:
http://www.paymo.biz/gadgets/gmail/sidebar.xml
5. Enter your Paymo subdomain in the new Paymo panel that appears in Gmail
6. Login to Paymo and start using it
Note: Safari users will have to enable third party cookies for the feature to work.
(Preferences->Security->Accept Cookies = Always)
This gadget is still in beta, please send us your feedback.

I like it! I use it with my Google Apps account and it feels great to have paymo integrated. Next stop Google Apps integration!

nice.
one thing:
of all the links in the links in the gadget i’ll barely use any but “dashboard”, as this links to the others anyways – BUT – the most interesting to have a direct link to is missing.. it’s “timer” ;(

This is a lot more than I want in Gmail. Really, I would like a little gadget that simply lives in the sidebar and allows me to track time. I don’t need the whole site inside Gmail, that’s what the Paymo website is for.

Thanks for the integration. I’m very surprised that it doesn’t have the timer though! That’s the one item I really wanted there. Are there any plans to add the timer?

We’re trying to figure out the best way to do this

Guys, please check out the Jobs app for inspiration. I still use it when I’m at meetings and out of office to track my time.

Sorry, the above post was for the iPhone app. I really liked the Google Apps button!
If you can integrate Paymo with Google Apps,especially documents and calendar, then you will have a lifelong customer.

@Kiper IT-konsult
Google apps integration went live today (we are writing a blog post about it)
Please suggest features there (or in our hep portal).
PS: You can import your milestones in google calendar …. (look for Global iCalendar on the dashboard and also on the project overview page)
