Paymo Commercial is here!

Dear Paymo users, we’re happy to announce that the commercial version of the Paymo Time Tracker is now available.
Upgrading your account to the commercial version is very easy, all you have to do is visit the Settings section of your manager account, and click on the "Change" link next to your account type.

Filling in the form with the number of employees you wish to track will yield the monthly cost of the subscription (the formula is very simple, you pay $3.99/user/month).

For companies with 30+ employees we have a special offer, for $150/month you can track a unlimited number of employees using Paymo.
All payments are made through PayPal for maximum security and ease of use.

We’d also like to announce a new feature that was requested by a lot of our users, namely Project Templates. If you have repetitive tasks in the majority of the projects you work on, this feature will make it really easy to set up a new project based on a previously saved project template.   • I’m really intrigued by this product. At a minimum, I would like my legal assistant to track her time by client and over all. Additionally, I have had thoughts of giving up Amicus Attorney, using Outlook for contact and calender and using an different time tracker and billing. Simply pub, Amicus hasn’t made my life simpler. My question is, whats the difference between paymo pro and the free version? I have a small law office, just myself and a part-time Legal Assistant and a part-time Bookkeeper. I do primarily Criminal defense, and a little bit of civil litigation. I like to track all my time on all cases. I have over 50 cases active at any given time. I also need an archived record of billed time on closed cases.
    Please let me know if this will work.

    With Paymo Free, you have the ability to track up to three employees (including you).
    If you need to track the time for more than three people, you should upgrade to the commercial version. (the cost of the commercial version is 3.99/employee/month.)
    The free version has the exact same features as the commercial one, the only limitation is the number of people that can tracked. (you can track an unlimited number of cases / “projects”, all your tracked time is archived and accessibile with a couple of clicks)
    In the following month we’ll be adding a new commercial module that will allow you to invoice clients directly from Paymo (based on time reports or custom invoices).
    During this year we’ll launch many other exciting features, for example the ability to run Paymo from a mobile device while on the road or at a client location.
