Paymo is all about projects and getting things done.
Project work is organized using the following tools:
- Task Lists & Tasks (the Tasks that need to be done to complete the Project)
- Milestones (Manageable Milestones help you keep on track of your progress)
- Timesheets (Supplied by Paymo's timer or bulk time can be manually added)
- Files (The documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, or other image files related to the Project)
- Discussions (Some projects require collaboration between team members, this tools allows them to easily communicate)
Project TemplatesMany projects for various clients will be similar. For this reason, we've included a very helpful "Template" feature. When you create a Project, you have the option to save it as a template, storing the structure of your Project for future use. Then, the next time you need to create a similar Project, you don't have to start from scratch.
In our experience, one of the best way to ensure Projects are completed on deadline is by dividing the overall Project into more manageable Tasks. The Paymo Task List feature allows you group multiple tasks in multiple Task Lists within a single Project!
